Smart Space Project

Smart Space is a new Online booking and management website specifically designed for the sports and fitness industry. Features of the website include, but are not limited to:

  • Online booking of resources such as Squash courts, tennis courts, and any other bookable resource (eg club rooms, other spaces)
  • Membership management
  • Management of teams and booking groups
  • Competition and program management
  • Management of promotions and events
  • Staff management
  • Accounts and Inventory
  • A range of configurations and options including makeing the system for staff only or making the system public.

The site will also contain a number of tools which will assist in budgeting and planning. An e-book on how best to use the system will be available shortly.

Squash Australia believes that this system has the potential to:
  • Improve the viability and profitability of Squash Venues;
  • Improve standards of service within the Squash industry;
  • Expose Squash to a younger generation of players;
  • Start to set key industry benchmarks.


Squash Australia has gained exclusive access to the Smart Space system in the trial period and any Squash Venue registered with the OZ Squash Venues website is also eligible to participate in Smart Space. We have also negotiated a special offer to venue operators who are interested in trialling Smart Space.
  • Free trial of Smart Space up until the launch date, sometime in January 2007.(all features may not be available during the trial period)
  • Free data migration for those who have existing customer databases to ensure a smooth transition(only applicable to data in transferable formats)
  • $20au (+gst) Set Up including available top level domain name (Normal Fee, $AU200 + GST)
  • The First 12 weeks FREE after launch date.
  • No obligation to continue after the initial 12 weeks.
